The platform brings together data from different sources, standardises it and analyses it, using sophisticated machine-learning algorithms that we’ve tailored to your specific needs. It then delivers intelligent insights and recommendations that you can act on straight away.
We would like to introduce you to some of the people that have brought this to life.
Aimee is an account manager who makes things happen. With over 10 years’ experience of working with senior HR professionals across a range of sectors and from companies large and small, she has a strong track record of delivering results. Her key roles are in relationship management, negotiation and customer success and she has brought her skills to bear on major projects such as large-scale, integrated employee benefit programmes and internal communication plans for FTSE 100 companies.
Ed is our research manager. He’s the man who gives our analytics products the methods, thinking and innovation they need to tackle your issues. He also manages the analysis, data collection, and customer advice teams behind our salary survey products. Ed has worked for XpertHR for more than a decade, holds a masters in organisation studies from Warwick Business School, and has extensive experience in bringing editorial, data and technology solutions to bear on HR issues.
Charlotte, our commercial product manager, has over 10 years’ experience of working in FTSE 100 media and information companies such as WPP and Time Warner. She has been with us for three years. Her previous roles have always been customer focused, and she brings this experience to her product management role at XpertHR, giving you a friendly and personal service.
Our Sales Leader, Jason heads up a team of 21 senior professionals across the UK. He has great experience in Data Subscription, Media and SAAS Sales and is a first-rate motivator. Jason sees himself at the vanguard of change, keen to adopt new and improved methodologies while always putting the customer at the centre of every relationship.
