When to Use

Allergies and sensitivities are a common problem for all employers. When employees are uncomfortable with the work environment, it makes it hard for them to concentrate on the job at hand, which can cause employees to become less productive and to turn in sub-par work. Creating guidelines and regulations to rid the workplace of common allergens is one way to rid the workplace of this concern. Employers should use this policy to help rid the workplace of common allergens and sensitivities that can cause discomfort to many of its employees.
