At-Will Employment Policy

When to Use

The at-will employment policy should be communicated to all at-will employees at the commencement of employment so that employees understand that employment may be terminated with or without cause or notice, at any time, by the employer or the employee. This policy ensures that the employer has secured its right to terminate employment at will.
