When to Use
This checklist may be used to conduct an HR SWOT analysis.
SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses concern internal processes and practices, while opportunities and threats are external. The checklist is designed to prompt an employer to consider information in going through the process of conducting HR SWOT analysis.
An employer should complete the following steps in sequential order.
