When to Use

In accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), employers should have employees, regardless of vaccination status, wear a face covering to reduce spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. Employers may use this letter to provide notice to employees that they will be required to wear a face covering.
