Applicability: All District of Columbia employers.

Where to Post: This notice must be posted in a conspicuous manner, in a place accessible to employees.

Distribution Specifications: This notice should be provided to:

  • All new employees upon commencement of employment;
  • All existing employees within 120 days of March 3, 2015; and
  • Any employee who notifies the employer of her pregnancy or related condition within 10 days of such notification.
