Entity Mandating Poster: New York City Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).
Applicability: New York City employers subject to the New York City Fair Practices Ordinances (also known as the New York City Fair Workweek Law).
Distribution Specifications: The poster should be on 11x17 paper and in font no smaller than 12 point. Additional posting requirements may apply with respect to the law's fast food and retail employer notice requirements.
Where to Post: An employer must post this notice where employees can easily see it at each New York City workplace.
Obtaining This Poster: An employer may download this poster directly from the DCA website. An employer must also post this notice in any language that is the primary language of at least five percent of the workers at a workplace if available on the DCA website.
