Utah Pregnancy and Related Conditions Notice Poster

Entity Mandating Poster: Utah Labor Commission.

Applicability: All employers covered by the Utah Antidiscrimination Act.

Distribution specifications: All covered employers must provide employees with written notice regarding  employees' rights to reasonable accommodations for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related conditions. This notice may be:

  • Included in an employee handbook; or
  • Posted in a conspicuous place in the employer's place of business.

Where to Post: This notice should be posted in a conspicuous place in the office, shop or place of business of the employer.
