When to Use

Catastrophic events, natural disasters or pandemics can shut down a business for long periods or permanently. A business continuity plan can reduce risk, protect stakeholder's interest and ensure continuation of services when such events occur. This policy may be used to guide employer decision-making when decisions must be made rapidly in a chaotic atmosphere.
