Mark Carley

Mark Carley was consultant editor of the international section of the XpertHR employment reference manual from 2007 to 2012. He is the original and updating author of the Belgium and France chapters, and updating editor of the Ireland chapter. He is a researcher, writer and editor with more than 20 years' experience in European and global employment law and practice. Formerly editor of the European Industrial Relations Observatory, European Industrial Relations Review, European Employment Review and European Works Councils Bulletin, he is currently a freelance consultant and an Associate Fellow at the Industrial Relations Research Unit, University of Warwick.
