In St. Margaret Mercy Healthcare Ctrs. v. NLRB, 519 F.3d 373 (7th Cir. 2008), the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals addressed whether a hospital violated the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) by forbidding its nurses from engaging in union activities in employee break rooms and by applying its no-solicitation rule against a nurse for soliciting co-workers at a nurses' station.
