How can an employer overcome an employee's resistance to being paid with a paycard?

As with any new employee benefit, communication is the key to success. An employee who falls into the millennial generation (i.e., he or she was born beginning in the early 1980s) may be less resistant to paycards, since millennials are accustomed to debit cards in general.
Train the employee on how to enroll in the program, how to maintain his or her setup, how the program works from the employee perspective and the benefits of using the program. In addition, ensure that someone in the company becomes an expert on the system so he or she can handle employee inquiries and problems as they arise.
