When to Use
A diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) employee survey can be used to measure how employees believe their organization is faring when it comes to DEI issues. The survey will provide HR and senior leadership with a better understanding of employee perceptions about the company's DEI efforts and culture.
The survey should be anonymous and ideally will be administered after an organization has already begun a broader DEI strategy.
