  • Alabama does not have a distinct antiharassment statute. See Alabama State Harassment Protection.
  • Alabama law offers some additional forms of antiharassment protection which may be used separately or in addition to the traditional federal protection such as claims for invasion of privacy, battery and outrage. See Alabama State Harassment Protection.
