  • Direct and indirect discrimination in access to employment is prohibited on various grounds. (See Discrimination)
  • Employers are obliged to notify vacancies to the public employment service. (See Advertising vacancies)
  • Selection criteria for a job must be clear, relevant to the job, justifiable and non-discriminatory. (See Selection)
