- The Alaska Human Rights Act is the primary source of protection against retaliation under Alaska law, and it is enforced by the Alaska Human Rights Commission. See Retaliation Under Alaska Human Rights Act.
- Persons are protected against retaliation for: (1) opposing any practices forbidden under the Alaska Human Rights Act; or (2) filing a complaint, testifying, or assisting in a Human Rights Commission proceeding. See Retaliation Under Alaska Human Rights Act.
