What are the difficulties in managing and monitoring Google Glass in the workplace?

It may be inherently difficult for an employer to monitor employee use of Google Glass in the workplace because it may be difficult to tell if an employee is wearing Google Glass lenses as they are essentially built into the eyeglass frames and not obvious to third parties. As such, it may be impossible to know if an employee is recording the actions of the employer and co-workers or what mobile application or social media platform is in use. Therefore, it is critical for an employer to have a policy in place outlining its approach to Google Glass and to provide employees with comprehensive training on the employer's requirements.
