With an increasing number of employees using their own mobile devices for work purposes, employers are facing a host of growing concerns, ranging from inappropriate postings to lost confidential information to overtime issues and more. This has led some employers to consider Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies to avoid possible pitfalls.

According to Zoller, it can be a cost-saving measure for employers to permit employees to bring their own devices to work for business purposes.
