- Connecticut law is similar in many respects to the federal WARN Act, but imposes added requirements on certain employers that plan to conduct business closings or relocations. See Plant Closings and Relocations.
- When a covered establishment closes or relocates, the employer must pay affected employees and their covered dependents for the continuation of existing group health insurance for a period of time. See Continuation of Group Health Insurance.
