Military Leave Handbook Statement: New York
In addition to the military leave rights set forth in the National Handbook, regular full-time and part-time employees will be granted time off from work for military training or active duty in accordance with New York law. Employees returning from active duty or military training will be reinstated to the same position, or to a position of like seniority, status and pay, unless the Company's circumstances have changed such that it is impossible or unreasonable to do so.
