- Colorado group health policies issued to employers generally must include state continuation coverage provisions. See Colorado Continuation Coverage Law.
- Employers may continue coverage for employees moving to part-time status in certain situations. See Continuation of Coverage in the Event of a Reduction in Hours.
Prior to 2014, Colorado law also included special provisions relating to small group plans and conversion coverage, but those sections of the law were repealed in HB 13-1266.
