South Carolina Repeals COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate Protections
Implementation Date: December 31, 2023
As of December 31, 2023, the law providing employee protections related to COVID-19 vaccination mandates is repealed The protections took effect April 25, 2022, and related to:
- Medical and religious exemptions;
- Vaccine incentives;
- Unemployment benefits; and
- Discrimination based on vaccination status.
