Summary

• Healthcare providers, as well as schools, and other employers are required to report various communicable or exotic diseases. See Toxic Chemical Exposures and Infectious Diseases.
• Certain medical conditions and illnesses may be considered occupationally sourced if contracted by a professional firefighter or emergency medical technician. See Occupationally Acquired Diseases.
