- Employers with State contracts must not discriminate, must include EEO language in their employment advertising, and must require their subcontractors to follow these rules as well. See Code of Fair Practices and Affirmative Action.
- Employers with State contracts in excess of $50,000 are required to create and maintain an affirmative action plan. See Code of Fair Practices and Affirmative Action.
