When to Use
Employers may use this letter to remind employees about the importance of maintaining a respectful workplace following significant political or social events and to direct them to a copy of the employer's Code of Conduct or any other policies in place requiring respectful interactions with each other. Employers may also use this letter to outline expectations surrounding employee discussions, use of social media and other workplace conduct.
