ComplianceHR Honored as 2016 Top HR Product

Human Resource Executive magazine editors have chosen their picks for the 2016 Top HR Products awards, and included the Navigator Suite by ComplianceHR in its prestigious list. Human Resource Executive honored the winning companies at an award luncheon held today at the 19th Annual HR Technology Conference and Exposition, being held in Chicago.
Winning solutions are selected based on their:
- Level of innovation;
- Value added to the HR function;
- Intuitiveness for the user; and
- Ability to deliver on what is promised.
ComplianceHR's Navigator Suite provides automated legal advice regarding risk assessments for:
- Worker classification as an independent contractor or as an employee; and
- Classification as an employee who is exempt from overtime.
Employers, and the workers themselves, can provide facts needed for the assessments. The software then creates an audit trail that demonstrates the employer did its due diligence in making a classification decision. The software combines artificial intelligence with legal subject-matter expertise.
