Summary
- In addition to the federal antidiscrimination laws, Tennessee employers must comply with the state antidiscrimination law, the Tennessee Disability Act (formerly the Tennessee Handicap Act). See Tennessee Disability Act.
- An employer with 15 or more employees is required to provide reasonable accommodations for pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition. See Pregnancy Accommodations.
