Handle a Religious Accommodation Request: New Liveflo Workflow Published!

XpertHR's innovative Liveflo Tool now includes a workflow to assist an employer in handling a request for a religious accommodation. This interactive workflow walks an employer through the major steps in connection with an individual's request for a workplace accommodation that may be religious in nature, to help it determine whether or not an accommodation is required and to grant the request, even if not required. It takes an employer through all the steps from receiving the request, to evaluating whether the individual has a religious belief and whether that belief if sincere, to engaging in the interactive process and evaluating whether or not the employer should provide an accommodation.
