Health Care Reform Resource Center Enhanced With New FAQs

To help employers comply with the complex requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), XpertHR has added five new FAQs to its Health Care Reform Resource Center:

  1. What is minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
  2. What are the annual and lifetime limits on essential health benefits under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
  3. Does a group health plan sponsored by a religious employer have to provide coverage for contraceptives?
  4. Does the Affordable Care Act (ACA) require an employer to automatically enroll employees in the health plan?
  5. When does the automatic enrollment requirement under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) take effect?

Additionally, the question on health care exchange notices has been updated to provide additional information as to what information employers are required to include in the notice.
