The Union Organization and Labor Relations State Requirements have been enhanced to include laws pertaining to the union organization and collective bargaining rights of agricultural workers.

Specifically, the following state sections have been updated:

• Arizona
• California
• Kansas
• Louisiana
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• Oregon
