Employers Must Post OSHA Form 300A by February 1

Deadlines loom for employers subject to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) recordkeeping requirements. Nearly all employers must prepare and post Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, by February 1. Employers should continue to post the form until April 30.
