[Insert Company Name] complies with the Los Angeles Fair Work Week Ordinance (FWWO).  In accordance with the FWWO, the Company adopts the following policies and practices:

Work Schedules

Prior to the start of employment, the Company will provide new employees with a good-faith estimate, in writing, of the employee's work schedule, including the hours, days, and times and including on-call shifts, when the employee will be required to work or be on-call to work; the estimated number of hours the employee will be expected to work each week; the locations the employee will be expected to work; and whether the employee can expect to work on-call shifts.
