West Virginia Becomes "Right to Work" State: Employment Law Manual, Other Tools Updated

On July 1, 2016, West Virginia will become the 26th "right to work" state. As a "right to work" state, West Virginia will prohibit an individual from being required to join a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment. As a result of this development, the following tools have been updated:
