Utah Supreme Court Rules on Trade Secrets Act: Employment Law Manual Updated

The Utah Supreme Court ruled that a court may assume that an employer has suffered or will suffer harm if an employee improperly discloses trade secrets or confidential, proprietary information.

Accordingly, the Utah-specific content of the Terms of Employment and Employee Communications sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated to include this development.
