Content Updated to Reflect New Jersey Supreme Court Battaglia Ruling

Content in the Employee Management chapter has been updated to reflect the New Jersey Supreme Court's recent decision in Battaglia v. UPS, +2013 N.J. Lexis 734 (July 17, 2013),which eased the standard for discrimination-based retaliation claims and clarified covered complaints under the state's whistleblower statute. Specifically, the following sections have been modified: Employee Management > Employee Discipline: New Jersey and Employee Management > EEO - Retaliation: New Jersey.
