Georgia and Missouri Content Updated to Reflect UI Integrity Regulations

The Unemployment Insurance Tax (FUTA/SUTA): Georgia and Missouri sections of the Employment Law Manual have been updated to include regulations implementing the federal UI integrity mandate. Under the mandate, the unemployment insurance (UI) laws of all states (and the District of Columbia) must provide that an employer's UI account will not be relieved of benefit charges due to an overpayment resulting from the employer's failure to respond timely or adequately to state UI agency requests for information.
