Separation From Employment: Employment Law Guide Section Enhanced and Renamed

In an effort to respond to the needs of HR professionals and improve the XpertHR user experience, we are excited to announce that the sections of the Employment Law Guide formerly titled Process of Termination and Voluntary Terminations have been renamed Separation From Employment.
The enhanced and renamed federal and state Employment Law Guide sections cover the following key topics:
