New Delaware and Baltimore Ban the Box Laws: Employment Law Manual Updated

A new Delaware law will prohibit public employers from asking criminal history questions until a first interview has taken place. Meanwhile, the City of Baltimore, MD, has gone a step further and enacted a "ban the box" law that applies to private employers with 10 or more employees.
