January 1, 2024: Employers Ring in the New Year With New Compliance Requirements

Every new year brings a host of new employment law requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. To help employers stay in compliance, we have provided a list of developments taking effect on or around January 1, 2024, organized by jurisdiction.

At the federal level, be aware of requirements related to health care benefits, payroll and workplace safety.
